St. Patrick’s Day Charcuterie Board
Hi and happy Monday friends! I hope y’all had a great weekend. Goodness this time change has been tough! I love the longer days, but I think more than ever before, I am just not in a place to loose an hour haha. What about y’all?
Over the weekend, we had a little got together. Madeline had a friend in town, and my brother-in-law’s family came to visit (we all feel like family), so we all got together for the day. Hannah and I prepped another board for everyone to enjoy. With St. Patrick’s Day in a few days, we wanted to add the appropriate twist to this board. We didn’t want to only include some hints of green but also add in some Irish elements, such as corned beef, fig jam, Irish soda bread, etc. And when I saw it was SUCH an awesome spread, I mean it! By the end of the evening, all that was left were crumbs from the breads. Have a look at the board below, and see a list of everything we placed on the board below, along with a recipe to Irish Pub Cheese. And if you’re visual, like I am, check out this reel to see our board come to life step-by-step.
