Happy Monday everyone! I hope y’all had a fantastic weekend! I’m jumping into this week trying to keep a motivated mindset. I begin classes on Wednesday and am nervous to say the least. I’m taking six classes this semester. It’s definitely the heaviest load of my entire program, but I’m reminding myself that with proper planning and the Lord’s help, I’ll be able to jump right in and do well. It also helps knowing that I’ll be graduating (finally!!!) next spring. So after this semester, there will only be one more left to go. However, I think I’m getting anxiety from looking at the calendar and seeing these classes begin on Wednesday and go all the way until December. It’s that feeling of knowing that you’re in for the long haul haha. Anyways, I’m forever grateful that I’m able to do five of these six classes from home so that I can be with Madeline and continue to run my blog as well. I’m just so very thankful for that. 

Whew that was a lot of rambling! Sorry about that 🙂 Anyways, today I wanted to share my love (once again) for a good ole navy dress. I think I have more navy dresses in my closet than black ones. I’ve always said that it’s just as important to have a LND (little navy dress) in your closet as it is to have a black one. I may be biased since I wear so much navy, but it’s a color I love wearing all year round. 

This particular dress is perfect for work, church and so much more! What makes it so stunning is the floral appliqué detailing. I think this is such a unique yet gorgeous touch. It’s under $100 regular price. But a word to the wise: I never purchase anything from this retitler for full price as they run sales very often! So if you love and want this dress, add it to your bag and wait for the weekend to roll around for (hopefully) another sale 🙂 

As for sizing, it does run large in my opinion. I always purchase the petite sizes in this brand. I went with a 0 petite in this dress, for reference. The petite length is always better on me as I’m 5’2. If you had sizing questions, I hope that helps some!
