Birthday Memory!

I’m so excited!!! Today is my birthday, and although I’m celebrating I am also looking back and remembering my favorite birthday memories.  There are so many happy things to remember, but I think my favorite of all has to be the present I received for my birthday two years ago.  What could that be?  None other than Jaycee.
My mama and I picked her up two days before my birthday.  She was so teeny tiny (1.2 lbs) at the time.  She was so scared, but quickly adjusted to her new home and knew that she was loved oh so much.
I live everyday knowing that I have the joy and love from a sweet little pup and it seriously makes my heart so happy.  Jaycee can tell when I’m sad and knows just how to cheer me up.  Coming home everyday to her acting like she hasn’t seen me in a year is the best feeling in the world.  I simply don’t know what I would do without my darling Jaycee, and I thank the Lord for her each and every day.  So, now always on my birthday, I not only celebrate my birthday, but I also celebrate the best decision I every made…and that is adopting Jaycee.

  2. Oh such a sweetie! My mom and I were just talking this morning how much of a blessing my sweet Lexie has been in my life. They make life so much better with their amazing devotedness to their mamas! 🙂 Happy birthday girly!
