Happy Wednesday, Friends! I hope y’all had the Merriest Christmas! I don’t know about y’all, but I have had the most difficult time getting back into the swing of things. Two days before Christmas Madeline got sick, and I caught it a few days later. I think the combination of being sick and just being tired from Christmas has had me slow to get going again, so I apologize for being kind of silent on here over the past few days.
Who else finds it difficult to grasp the fact that there are only a few short days left of 2016?! Seriously, where has this year gone! It seems like I blinked and here we are, about to take on 2017. Have you picked out your NYE outfit yet? I never have a reason to get dressed up on NYE as I’m always enjoying being a mama and spending time with my family on New Years Eve. But even when I’m having a casual NYE, I always remember to wear some sparkles! If you’re having a laid back evening, I suggest going with a sparkle sweater or sequin knit like this one or this one. I also love the idea of pairing them with faux leather leggings for a chic look. Add a fun glitter flat and some statement earrings to top off your casual NYE look.
