Happy Monday, friends! I hope y’all had a great weekend and are ready to jump into a brand new week! It has definitely felt like summer over the past few days, and I’m not alright with it haha. I’m so ready for cooler weather and am counting the days to October. I absolutely love the month of October, and we are officially less than two weeks away. That’s when I feel like fall is officially here! Let’s hope that the weather agrees this year haha.
Today’s post is featuring another of my favorite colors for fall that is very “in” for the season as well…hunter green (moss green, olive green…I’ve heard them all haha). I fall for this color every single year and love how it just screams fall! Combine this favorite color of mine with two other things I love, ruffles and bell sleeves, and call me obsessed! I simply could not pass up this darling top. The split-back detail makes it even more amazing! I love how it is there but not too much. Wearing a nude bandeau underneath worked perfectly. The fit is so flattering and cute! Definitely a must-have, if you ask me 🙂 Sizes are selling out quickly, but they keep popping back in. So if you don’t see your size and want it, keep checking back.
We shot this look about a week ago when it was SO windy! I’m honestly surprised that we got even these with my top holding still as this breezy top was no match for the wind! I wish y’all could see some of the outtakes…a total wind fail haha!! Anyways, if my hair looks fly-away in a few of these, that is why 🙂
I hope y’all have a great Monday! I have such a busy week ahead in school and kind of cringe thinking about it. An assignment, a test, three quizzes, and a project that’s been a long time coming (at least it feels like it haha) are all part of this week’s plan. With prayer and determination, I know I’ll be able to tackle it. On a more exciting note, Madeline let me braid her hair over the weekend, and it is the cutest thing! If you follow me on my Instagram, you may have seen it on there. But she loved it, and I love it even more 🙂 I cannot believe how much she has changed in just a short year. This time last year, she didn’t have enough hair and could only wear headbands…this year, it’s piggy tails, ponytails and now braids.
Thanks for stopping by!
Delightfully Yours,
