Hello friends and happy Wednesday!!! I hope y’all are having a great week so far. I don’t know about y’all, but some weeks feel like they just drag on, and others seem to fly by! This week has been a fly by week for me, probably because of so much going on. I feel like I’ve blinked and it’s Wednesday. Today Madeline has her last ballet class of the season, and her last night of AWANA club at out church  tonight. There are so many to-do’s on my list in preparation for Mother’s Day. And we have a big birthday/graduation celebration for my brother this weekend that I’m helping to prepare for as well. So much to do, so little time!!
But goodness have I been slacking on posting this week, so I was determined to get a post up today! I’m sharing one of my favorite Lilly Pulitzer dresses of all time, the Melody Maxi Dress. I actually purchased this dress to wear to my sister’s wedding rehearsal, and got to wear it again in Charleston. Y’all words can’t describe just how stunning this dress is! I have never owned such a fabulous Lilly maxi, and fell in love with it the second I tried it on. I feel like when in doubt of what to wear to an event, Lilly is always a safe option. Bridal showers/luncheons, spring/summer weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc., you can’t go wrong with Lilly. I was having trouble finding the right pieces to wear to all the wedding festivities for my sister, being an early March wedding at the beach, so I knew to rely on Lilly. This dress runs TTS, although I did have to get it hemmed quite a bit, being 5’2.
And as for accessories, I love my Clare V. Petite Alice bag. It’s especially great for carrying for a night out, wedding, rehearsal, etc. But it’s one of those bags that is not too dressy to carry everyday as well. These pink sandals have also been such a fun pair to have!
Well, that’s about it for today! I hope y’all have a great Wednesday. Thanks for stopping by!
Delightfully Yours,
