Current Happenings!
Every once and a while, I like to post about the things that I have been doing, that are on my mind, and that have inspired me. I feel like my mood can always be expressed through a few of my favorite things.
To start with, this outfit deserves to be mentioned in my current happenings for two reasons. First, this was the day of the fabulous Lilly sale. I just had to bring out Lillytastic elements. Second, pink and black have become a new favorite color combination.
I have found so much inspiration with dots, dots, and more dots (and the Vicker’s Bows, of course!)
The Chunky Cherry Chubby Stick by Clinique has become my new favorite lip color! I have always loved the Chubby stick. It feels great on your lips and stays on! The color is perfect.
I have now gone back to a short look and cut three inches off my hair! I am loving the cute and breathable look. With my hair being so stubbornly straight, I am loving the curled short look. My hair now has so much body! I feel like my new look resembles Elizabeth Bank’s hair. I am pleased.
After crushing over Krista’s necklace, I just had to get one for myself. Now that I’ve worn this wonderful Bib necklace, I am completely in love!
The day after Christmas I am usually never in the mood to shop, but I couldn’t help but visit 6PM.com after receiving an email to take 30% off of any order! I also found a coupon code on my favorite coupon site, retailmenot.com, to take an extra 15% off of any order. Well I went ahead and purchased these Hunter rain boots and Welly Socks for a grand total of roughly $75. I was ecstatic!
Bows are a never ending inspiration!!
Lastly, I just want to say, I love my Little!! I’ve so enjoyed spending time with Harita this week. She’s simply wonderful!

Ahhh, the Lilly sale was soooo fun! I picked up a dress, belt, tote bag(huge obsession), and a new make up bag. Eeek, come on Mr. Postman! Tomorrow I return to my kinderGators after being off for two weeks, I am busting out a old Lilly shift, cardy, and tights. I have to put some "spring" in my step on the first day back!! I adore all your pics today!

I got it last year on sale at Macys! I'm not sure if it's still available, but It's by Michael Kors and I do believe it is called the graphite faux fur vest 🙂
