A Spring Must Have!
With the cold weather seeming to never want to leave, I have one thing on my mind, SPRING! It’s only three weeks away, and spring break is roughly a month away! That means I am counting down the days until the first beach trip of the year. I already began my preparations for the beach when I fell in love with and purchased the Bow Bikini Bottoms from J.Crew. Even though they’re already adorable online, they are ten times cuter in person! They also fit wonderfully.
I purchased the Mint Green Bow Bikini bottoms and the Mint Green Bandeau top to go with them.
After being so pleased with the first set, I then decided to order the same bottoms in Vivid Fuchsia (they’re just too irresistible with the bow and the perfect fit!) and paired them with the Ruffled Halter top, also in vivid fuchsia.
The Bow Bikini Bottoms are just wonderful for another reason, they come in so many colors, just as all of J.Crew’s swimsuit bottoms do. It is so much fun to be able to mix and match all of J.Crew’s bottoms with the many Bikini tops available as well. And the best part, the price for a J.Crew bikini set is very reasonable compared to others in department stores.

I feel like the sizing runs a little large in the bottoms but normal in the top. I'm usually an x-small in the top, ordered that and it fits perfect. I usually order smalls in the bottoms, but ordered an x-small and it fits perfect as well.
Recently at the Vineyard Vine's outlet I got my first swim suit for 2013 and I couldn't be happier with the fit. I got a halter bandeau and bottoms in a navy & white starfish pattern. So cannot wait for summer {or at least when I can surf again!}!
