It’s been a month since I’ve been to the beach, and I don’t plan to go back before the summer ends (unless it’s a spontaneous trip). I find sitting by the pool, lake, river, whatever to be a fun activity since the beach isn’t very convenient to get to. If you’re looking for a darling, generous sized picnic blanket or just a blanket to set out on the lawn and read a book on as I did here, visit Beach Road Designs! I love mine so much! I have so many beach towels, but I’ve never actually owned a full out “beach blanket” for activities such as these. I just love it, and when the weather starts to cool down a bit, Jaycee will be by my side on my beach blanket. My two favorite fruits are pineapples and strawberries, so you may be able to tell by the photos above.

Also, if you’re looking for a book on amazingly creative photography, you must purchase A Beautiful Mess. One of my blogging friends/ADPi sisters, Joanie, recommended it, and I’m obsessed. It’s packed full of inspiration. It’s also a great coffee table book. And a little side note, Hunter boots are pictured all throughout it.
