July 4th Outfit Inspiration + An Announcement
July 4th has always been one of my very favorite holidays to dress up for. I love a good patriotic outfit. It’s so much fun to dress in red, white and blue. I love a classic navy and white outfit with a pop of red. This year, I really like the idea of chambray with white and red accessories. I’m so excited to also dress Madeline in her red, white and blue. Stay tuned to see our looks! 🙂 Here are a few outfit ideas I’m loving for the 4th.
I have an exciting announcement to make! There is change coming to A Preppy State of Mind. Actually, my blog will no longer be A Preppy State of Mind. The content will be exactly the same, just the name will be different. I have been bouncing this idea around for quite some time and have decided it is the best thing to do. I can say that over the past year, not only has my life changed since I am now a mama, but I have also grown as a person. I feel like my current blog name does not fit who I am, and the realm of topics I blog about. I have decided to go with a more mature name (if you will). As I said, the content will remain the same as it is now. I can’t wait to share the new name and design next week. I love the inspiration behind the new name and look forward to sharing it with y’all. I also want to say a huge thank you and just how grateful I am for each and every one of my readers. Your support for my blog, each and every comment, every email, etc. means more to me than you know, so thank you! 🙂
