Happy Monday, Friends! I can’t believe it is already August! I have never been a fan of August as I feel like the pace picks up quite a bit. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be adding four online classes to my everyday mix. I’m excited to begin the HIA (Health Information Administration) program, but at the same time, I’m nervous about balancing everything. I know with prayer and using my time wisely, I will be able to do it all. And I am so very grateful that I have the option to complete this program online so that I can still be with Madeline and continue to run my blog. Well, that’s what comes to mine when I think about August officially being here…excited yet nervous! What about y’all?

Now onto another topic…this outfit! There are so many things about it that I love. From the hues of blue, ruffles, and especially the skirt, I think it’s such a classic, feminine look. I styled it for church, but I also think it is the perfect wear-to-work look. Guess what? This top is on sale for $39! It also looks darling paired with denim shorts for a more casual look. And I must brag on this skirt for a bit! Y’all, it is amazing! It’s so flattering, the material is such a high quality, and I must add in that the styling options are endless. I have styled it with a puffer vest and riding boots for a more casual look, and it looks soooo cute. And lastly, although is seems to have been going on forever, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is still in full swing! There are so many great things, like the skirt and pumps I’m wearing here. Every time I get on to browse, I see something new that I love and haven’t seen before! The prices of everything in the sale go back up to regular price on August 8th!
