 Happy Tuesday, Y’all! Today’s post is the first from our fun trip to Charleston, South Carolina last week. We had such an amazing time. I couldn’t get enough of the bright colors and quaint scenery. Seriously, I’m ready to go back any time 🙂 I’ll be sharing a full review of what we did, where we ate, and more later on this week. But until then, here’s one of my favorite looks.

Y’all know how much I love coordinating outfits with my mini me 🙂 Madeline also enjoys it. Everything I have, she wants one just like it these days. If I have on sunglasses, she wants hers. If I have on rain boots, she wants hers too. She loved that we both had on denim jackets. I also can’t get over her adorable little bow espadrilles. 

I can’t believe that in just about three weeks, Madeline will be TWO! Seriously, if anyone has a solution to stopping time, please let me know haha. Everything she says is so adorable, and I can’t get over how much she is picking up on these days. Yesterday, I woke up with a really bad headache. I was laying down for a bit and asked Madeline to lay down with me. Of course it’s a difficult task getting a toddler to lay down when it’s not nap time or bed time. Anyways, I told her that my head hurt and she ran out of the room to return with her box of dinosaur bandaids and said “here you go, Mama!” My heart melted. Seeing her little personality and care she shows at this young age is just the sweetest thing. I could just eat her up!
