Happy Monday, Friends! Madeline and I have been celebrating July 4th all weekend in our patriotic looks. We exchanged the usual red, white and blue for a pink, white and blue combination with this mommy and me matching set. Thanks to Lilly Pulitzer, there’s always a fun summer, patriotic print. This year’s print is the “Indigo Star Struck” print, and let me just say, it is absolutely darling!! I am more than obsessed with this vibrant starfish print. I first fell in love with the Madilyn Romper for myself…it literally feels comfier than my PJs haha! I then laid eyes on the adorable Mini Enna dress for Madeline (all the heart eyes for the little pom-pom trim). Although it is an OTS dress, she isn’t quite big enough to rock it as an OTS style just yet. I absolutely love this matching set. It’s so perfect for celebrating July 4th and the entire summer season, in general. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, the best mommy and me looks are Lilly Pulitzer ones 🙂

I usually like to touch on the sizing of these pieces as well. The Madilyn Romper I’m wearing runs TTS (wearing a size XS for reference). Madeline is wearing the XS size 2-3 girls in the Mini Enna Dress. The girls pieces that run in just the numerical sizes (for example, a size 2), always run TTS and fit her best. The ones that run in XS 2-3, run on the larger size, I feel. Anyways, I hope that helps if y’all had any questions on the sizing. 

I hope y’all had a great weekend! What are y’all’s plans for July 4th? We have a pool day planned, a cook-out and are going to catch some fireworks later on. I’m so excited! Madeline keeps talking about the fireworks (we’ll see how she feels when she actually sees them haha). However, I know Jaycee is not thrilled 🙁 She always gets so worked up over the noise.
