Happy happy Tuesday, y’all!! We are back from a few days in Atlanta. Yesterday we ended our vaca with a day at the Georgia Aquarium! Madeline absolutely loved it, and it is such an amazing place to visit. She only got scared a few times, for instance when she saw the giant crabs and the alligator. She absolutely loved watching the seals (and ended up coming home with an adorable baby plush seal as a keepsake from our visit). My personal favorite was the dolphin show! Overall, it was an extremely fun experience, and I loved seeing Madeline’s eyes when she saw such amazing and beautiful aquatic creatures.

Now on to a little bit about today’s look. I absolutely love a good tie front top and have collected white a few over the past months. We shot this look last week before the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale had begun and even before I looked through the lookbook to see what would be in the sale. I’m so glad that I waited until the sale started to share this look, because there is almost an identical tie-front top included in the sale (for only $31). It comes in white, pink and blue & white stripes. It’s so adorable! I know it says that sizes are sold out in white, but give it a few days when the sale opens to the public because I have a feeling it will be re-stocked 🙂 It’s so perfect to wear now with high waisted jean shorts to beat the heat and wear later with denim and booties to transition into fall. I have a thing for tie front tops 🙂
