Happy Monday, Everyone! I hope y’all had a great weekend. Mine was pretty productive. I have a lengthy list of tasks to tackle before I start school back next week. I procrastinated all summer, and now I’m trying to jump on everything last minute haha.
Today’s look is featuring one of my favorite classic patterns, stripes! I love styling stripes all year long. I fell in love with the tied details on this stripe dress! It ties around the waist, in the back and on the sleeves for the cutest touch! The overall style of this dress is so sophisticated, making it a great piece for church, work and more. I love how it comes up high around the neck and opens up some in the back (but not too much…you can still wear a normal bra!). It’s definitely a business in the front, party in the back type piece 🙂 I will say that this dress is said to be black & white stripes online, but in person, it is definitely more blue! I actually like that even more, and with the style being so cute, it’s definitely a win in my book. But I thought I would mention that since it is described as being black and white. I also went up one size in the dress, as I usually do with this brand. I decided to pair it with neutral accessories (nudes, pearls, etc.) for an even more classic look. It would also be so fun with pink shoes and a pink necklace or earrings. I think this is such a classic look that just can’t be beat. Also, can we talk about how gorgeous these hydrangeas are?!?!
