Favorite Pieces For Fall
Happy Thursday, Y’all! We are so close to fall, and my excitement has hit the roof! I think it is partially because we have had a taste of cool(er) weather over the past week. When we shot blog pictures for this week, I was comfortably wearing a sweater and decided to keep it on for the rest of the day. My Mama was actually cold in what she was wearing! Needless to say, I was all smiles feeling like fall is almost officially here. I then saw that it is suppose to get back up into the high 80s later on this week, but I have my fingers crossed that this is the last bit of warm weather. I am craving some crisp, cool fall weather, sitting on the front porch drinking coffee, taking Madeline out to play without burning up…I think y’all get the picture haha and are pretty much feeling the same 🙂
I thought that today would be a perfect day to share some of my current favorite pieces for fall! Some of these items I have already purchased and love! A few are in my shopping bag waiting to be purchased. And others are at the top of my wish list! These items also feature some of the hottest (and my favorite) colors for fall….dusty rose, mustard yellow/golden and olive green. Neutrals are certainly huge for fall as well! I’m loving these colors.
It’s no secret that booties are still some of my favorite things to purchase for fall! There are so many amazing styles out. I did purchase the majority of mine during the Anniversary Sale, but there are a few new ones I have my eye on. I think it’s a good idea to have a brown pair and a taupe pair. I love number six as a more casual option and am about to purchase number one in taupe since they’ll look amazing dressed up or down!
I have been stocking up on so many cute sweaters for fall! I love a good chunky knit. Sweaters with a fun sleeve detail are my very favorite! Luckily they aren’t too difficult to come by. I recently purchased this one and absolutely love the wide/split sleeve detail and the slouchy fit! The neutral color is amazing as well. Add a fun scarf when the weather cools down and you’re good to go 🙂

Is this not the perfect fall bag?! I have never owned a bucket bag, but I think this one has to be the most amazing one I’ve ever seen. I love this brand and have one other bag from the same one that I carry all the time! This cutie is currently on my wish list.
Scarves, scarves and more scarves. They’re popping up all over my closet this time of year haha. But who can resist them?! The cutest plaid prints in the most vibrant of fall colors, yes please! This one is only $22. I like to have a variety of light weight ones and heavier (blanket scarf) options to style in a variety of ways.
Y’all have probably already noticed, but mules/slides are the new “it” shoe for fall. I absolutely love them and have found so many adorable styles! I love how easy they are. Putting on shoes for fall clothing takes a lot more time than sliding on a pair of sandals for the spring/summer. But mules are a total game changer! I always feel like I’m sliding on my sandals and running out the door. I have this adorable BOW pair in grey. The quality is amazing, and they’re under $70. They come in a variety of colors. I love the mustard yellow for fall, and they also just came out in navy!
I decided to talk about #8 & #9 together because they go hand in hand. I simply cannot stop buying up cozy cardigans. I saw the one I’m featuring in this post last week in store and immediately fell in love! Again, I’m obsessed with the dusty rose color. This cardi is the coziest thing (it almost has a velvet type feel to it). It also comes in a golden/mustart yellow shade. I paired mine (and many of my other cardigans) with this cami in the leopard print. It comes in a bunch of colors, and I love the olive green (#9) pictured above. It’s super on sale and a must have to layer with cardigans! Keep your eyes peeled, because you may just see this cardi and cami styled on here tomorrow 🙂
These…the perfect fall statement earrings. I love that they combine an array of fall neutrals. Seriously, they’ll go with everything for fall! They’re under $50, as well 🙂
