Tuesday Shoesday: The Festive Shoe Guide 2017
Hello, Friends! Since It’s Tuesday Shoesday and the holiday season is in full swing, I figured it would be the perfect day to share my top pairs of festive shoes with y’all! Each year, I share my favorite pairs to help put a little bit of festivity in your step. From sparkles, velvet, perfect plaids and bows, the list this year is packed full of fun styles. Several of these pairs are on sale, so be sure to click through the links listed above if you’re loving a certain pair (or two…I won’t judge 😉).
Now to highlight a few. I wore these bow-back pumps (#11) for our Christmas card pictures yesterday and am obsessed!!! They are a higher heel, so keep that in mind. But they’re absolutely gorgeous! Next is #9. If you’re looking for the perfect red pair, this is it! The heel has the most gorgeous silhouette to it, and being such a thick heel, they’re very easy to walk in. Next, I’m obsessed with these faux fur pom mules! I don’t own these, but absolutely love them. Also, how gorgeous are these glitter heel booties?! They would be a great way to dress up denim, or wear them with dresses. And y’all know that I’m pretty much in love with every single plaid pair listed here. I invested in a gorgeous pair of plaid heels last year and am still enjoying them this year, so I decided not to purchase a new pair. Maybe next year, though 🙂
All I can say about this list is, I’ll take one of each, please! You can completely turn an outfit into a festive one by adding a fun pair of shoes. You could wear a LBD and pair it with a pair of pumps like numbers 1, 2, 5 or 9 and then you’ve got the perfect party look! Or pair an ivory sweater and denim with a pair of plaid flats, like number 16, and there you have it! The shoe can complete the look.
