You Are My Heart
Hello friends and happy Saturday! I hope y’all are having a great weekend so far. My love for Valentines Day and all things with hearts on them is pretty much immeasurable. It’s quite possibly due to the fact that Valentines Day always reminds me Madeline – she will always be my little “Galentine!” When I was pregnant with her, my baby shower was just a few days before V-Day and was Valentines themed. It brings back such sweet memories. But it’s also because she is such a sweetheart and absolutely fills her Mama’s heat with so much love.
I thought it would be so much fun to coordinate for another mommy and me Valentines Day look. Words cannot describe how obsessed I am with Madeline’s little outfit. She actually picked out her shoes by herself. She saw them in the Old Navy and could not leave without getting them. It cracks me up with how excited she gets over shoes (I wonder who she gets it from haha).
Also, y’all may remember how much I absolutely adore this bow back sweater (that’s under $80). I styled it on here in another color a few weeks back (see the post here). I always wanted it in the ivory color, so when it came back in my size, I grabbed it up! I think it will be such a perfect transition sweater. And I can’t resist the adorable bows so perfectly placed down the back. It runs TTS and comes in six other colors!
These pictures of Madeline just melt my heart. My favorite ones of her are the ones that capture her personality. Her jumping ones usually do juts that 🙂 I love how her sweet, spunky personality just shines through. This girl also loves firetrucks. She has for a while now. When we were taking these pictures, two came by and to say she was excited would be an understatement. I can’t believe my sweet girl will be three in about a month and a half.
