Hello friends and happy Thursday! I hope y’all are having a great week so far 🙂 It has been so super busy, a lot busier than normal, it seems. But tis’ the season, right?! We took a visit to Gay’s Christmas Tree farm the other day, and it is always such a treat to go! Madeline loves running through the rows of Christmas trees haha. It’s kind of become a little tradition of ours to visit. 

I’m so excited to share this fun sweater dress with y’all today + my favorite way to turn any look into a festive. It’s no secret that I love sweater dresses. They’re hands down my favorite thing to wear this time of the year. This adorable black and white sweater dress from Red Dress Boutique is a new favorite of mine! It’s under $50, y’all!! I also wanted to mention my favorite way to add a festive touch to your looks. This time of the year is such a fun one to get dressed up. I’m all about wearing lots of red and having so much fun dressing for the season. But there are some days that I want to wear a non-festive piece, like this sweater dress for example. You can wear it all winter long, but during the Christmas season, it’s fun to add sort of a  holiday vibe to it. The best way to do this is by adding in pops of red. My favorite ways to do this are with a red lip, festive earrings, red accessories and red shoes. My favorite red lipstick is by MAC in the shade “Russian Red” which I’m wearing here. My beaded bow earrings (they’re called the “Madeline” earrings) are the cutest things EVER! I love them because they come in both clips and posts and are under $50!! // A red beanie is another great festive accessory. The one I’m wearing here is under $30 and comes in a bunch of colors. And I’m pretty sure purchasing these red booties was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made haha. I LOVE them! They also come in leopard. P.S. Be sure to go down half a size as they run large.
