Hello Friends and Happy Tuesday! I hope y’all are having a great start to the new week. Yesterday was catch up day for me. We were out of town mid to end of last week. We went to the beach, mainly to work on some wedding planning for my sister’s upcoming wedding (ahhh I can hardly contain my excitement!). But the one day that we had a free day to do whatever, we actually got some time on the beach. It was in the mid 60s, and the sun was shining bright, so Madeline got to play in the sand, and I even got some sun haha. It was amazing! I had never been to the beach in January before but it was so nice being there during winter. I think I will make it happen every year from now on…ikt was just what I needed 🙂
Anyways, I’m back today to share another mommy and me look, wearing…you guessed it, our favorite pom pom heart cardigans, again!! Y’all have probably figured out by now that I’m absolutely obsessed with them. When Chicwish offered to send them to us in another color, I jumped on it! Because I am basically collecting them in every color at this point haha. See our styling of the pink here and the ivory here. You could easily style the ivory for Valentine’s Day as well. Just add some pink under it! Here’s the burgundy, and there’s a fun Valentin’s Day themed styling coming with the lavender soon 🙂 I especially love sharing them now, because they’re more than perfect for Valentine’s Day! Seriously, if you have a little girl, get a pom pom heart cardigan for you and her because they’re just so fun!
I’ve mentioned this in my previous posts on these cardigans, but the sizing is very generous. I’m wearing the XS and love the fit. Madeline’s runs large. She’s actually wearing the 2-3. She had this same size last year, and it was tad bit large on her. But it fits perfectly this year, and she still has some room! So she will be able to wear it again next year, I believe. I love that she will basically be able to get three years of wear out of these cardigans. I feel like I’m lucky if her clothes fit her for even one season at the rate she’s growing hehe 🙂
I hope y’all have an amazing Tuesday! It’s so chilly here, and I’m absolutely dreaming of spring. I know so many places have snow right now. We haven’t had one bit of snow, and I’m already over winter haha. But I will say that all the Valentine’s Day themed looks have me so excited. I can’t wait to share more of them with y’all so stay tuned!
