Hello friends and happy Friday! Today I’m so excited to share my first spring look with y’all for this year. Hurry up spring! If you’ve been following me for awhile, you probably know there are a few details in clothing that I simply can’t resist, and this top I’m wearing here consists of a few of them! If you guessed eyelet and scallops, then you’re correct! Y’all know that I also love mustard yellow and a good wrap top! This yellow eyelet wrap top I’m wearing here checks all the boxes, which is why I just had to have it! It’s simply adorable! It also comes in black and is under $100. I’m wearing the XS for size reference. I also plan to pair it with white jeans closer into spring and shorts during the summer, so I’ll be getting a ton of use out of this one 🙂
Next up, I have to mention my new jeans! Being 5’2, it’s not always the easiest to find a good pair that won’t need altering. These however, are AMAZING! This brand of jeans is my favorite, non-designer, pair that has the quality of my designer pair jeans! I have several Topshop pairs and LOVE them all! If you were to ask me for a recommendation on a great pair of jeans that doesn’t drain your bank account, I’d recommend Topshop in a heartbeat. They do run a tad small, and I usually go up a size in Topshop jeans. I’m wearing the 26×30 here. But these are high waisted and so so good. I love the distressing around the ankles so much!
The last thing I want to mention today are my new wedges. Again, my love for a good scallop detail haha. These are just gorgeous, such high quality and I have a feeling will go with so much since mustard yellow is everywhere for spring! They also come in black and leopard (which I also ordered). I recommend going down one size as they run a little large and stretch with wear.
I hope y’all have an amazing weekend! This is our last weekend before my sister’s wedding. Such a fun week ahead next week! And so much to do with so little time. We have been putting all the final details on everything, touching base with all vendors (I can”t count how many emails I’ve sent out today haha), final dress fitting, my sister’s hair and makeup trial…so much going on! But I LOVE it! I can’t believe my sister is getting married ONE WEEK from tomorrow! Ahhhh!
