Happy Monday, Y’all! Even though it is still summer and most definitely feels like it outside, I can’t help but long for fall. Crisp cool weather, cozy sweaters, visiting the pumpkin patch, the novelty of being able to go and get a PSL from Starbucks (even though I don’t order that since I’m not a huge pumpkin fan lol)…y’all know what I mean. There’s nothing quite like the fall, and by the time hot and muggy August rolls around, I’m so ready for it!
If I chose to wear a cozy sweater right now, I’d probably walk outside and melt haha. That’s why I love to buy and wear pieces that I can wear now and into the beginning of the fall. This dress is just that! It’s OTS and lightweight, making it perfect for now. But the color palette just screams fall! Moss green with a bold floral print? Yes, please! It’s absolutely stunning and under $50. It also runs TTS, if anything a little on the smaller side. This dress also pairs perfectly with a pair of taller boots which will be perfect for the fall.
I hope y’all have a great start to your new week? Are you in the path of the solar eclipse? It’s not 100% totality here but pretty close to it! I’m so eager to see what it’s going to be like. My Mama taught Madeline all about it, so Madeline has been talking about the “clipse” for over a week now. They even made eclipse cookies in honor of today haha (shortbread cookies with half the cookie dipped in chocolate).
