I’m a big fan of anything with ruffles, and recently I’ve had quite the obsession with ruffled collar blouses! They are the perfect way to dress up jeans or create a super classy look by adding a skirt and tights (and revas, of course!). Elizabeth McKay makes my favorite ruffled blouses, but they can be a bit pricey. I’ve found that the J.crew factory store carries some really cute ones at a more budget-friendly price!
