The Perfect Ending!
I’m back home from a wonderful week at the beach! It was a great week of pure relaxation! I want to thank all of my guest bloggers for filling in for me this past week and sharing their classy ideas on A Preppy State of Mind. Weren’t they fabulous? 🙂
One of the highlights of the beach trip was being able to enjoy the summer olympics with my Mama! The gymnastics was simply perfection and definitely our favorite. I always find it a sad time to see the Olympics come to an end. I can’t help but think it will be another whole four years until we can enjoy the games again. I was reading up on the stats tonight and was so proud to see that Team USA has the highest medal count all around: 42 Gold, 29 Silver, 29 Bronze, and 104 all together.

Gabby Douglas was definitely my very favorite athlete of Team USA! I admire not only her hard work and dedication, but her trusting in the Lord with all her might and giving all the glory to Him! Plus, her smile can light up a room 🙂 She’s adorable!

Jaycee participated in the Pup Olympics and won three Gold medals – My little brother’s idea 🙂
