Shelf Life – Recent Paintings
One of my favorite things to do on a Sunday afternoons is paint. I like for things to be simplistic. That is the idea I was going for with my latest two paintings. The pink and black dress was inspired by my Valentines Day dress, and the blue dress is just something I would like to have in my closet. When I paint, I never strive for perfection…I only want to express my ideas and my favorites from my closet on a canvas. I’m not at all an artist, but oh how I love to paint. I placed these on my shelf to add to the “Shelf Life.” Also, if you love coffee table books, 100 Unforgettable Dresses is a must have!

Petite in Pearls
These are super cute! I don't have a bookshelf but I do have some trinkets around my desk. I painted my own version of the U Gotta Regatta Lilly print and I also have some candles in hurricane vases with lots of shells.
