Hi friends! I hope y’alls week is off to a great start. Monday is behind us, and I’m always glad to see Tuesday. Today I’m sharing the perfect look for transitioning into the spring. First off, I absolutely love the monochromatic vibes this look gives. The white, cream and tan are such a fun pairing, it you ask me. Oh, and you can’t forget a pop of pink 🙂 I’ll share a little more about each piece below.
Let’s start off with this tie sleeve cardigan. Y’all know how much I loveeee a tied sleeve detail. This cardigan is amazing and under $80. It’s extremely light weight, so it’s perfect for wearing all day right now and will be ideal for throwing on over your spring looks during chilly spring nights (or taking into restaurants…am I the only one who feels like restaurants are freezing during the warmer months?!). Next up, I want to mention this t-shirt. It’s only $17 and comes in a handful of colors. I also got it in white and black. But I felt like a hot pink tee would be so great for spring! What’s so perfect about this t-shirt is that the hem is rounded, making it so easy to front-tuck or knot in the front, as I have it here. The secret to being able to do that is either by having a rounded hem or slit sides. It’s seriously the best t-shirt and washes well.
Next up, I have to talk about these mules! The Kristin Cavalari Capri mules are the. best. mules. of. all. time. I purchased the caramel suede pair I’m wearing here back in the fall. I would say that I’ve probably worn them well over 200 times. They’re amazing! I loved them in the fall, I loved them throughout the winter, and I’m especially enjoying them now because in all honesty, I’m over wearing boots, with the exception of Hunter boots, and probably won’t touch them again until next fall (unless it oddly snows here). So since I’ve packed them away and feel it’s a bit too early to pull out my sandals (although the temps are being forecasted in the 70s), I need a transition shoe. Mules are the answer! They’re so easy to throw on and go. But having an open back and closed toe front, they’re the vert best style shoe to transition with! I just got the white pair in the mail yesterday, and I couldn’t be more obsessed. I convinced my Mama to try them in the light gold and the white as well, and she’s in love with them. She says that they’re better than a Tory Burch pair she owns. They’re just under $120 but worth every penny! I put together a little collage to show y’all every single color they come in. Grab yourself up a pair! I promise you’ll be obsessed with them 🙂
