Happy Wednesday, Friends! I don’t know about y’all but I’m so ready to transition into spring. I know it’s only February, but here in Georgia last year, it started to warm up around the end of February. To be prepared, I have begun investing in some good transition pieces – ones that are light and bright in color, lightweight, yet have a little bit of a warmth factor to them.
This ruffle hem sweater is definitely one of those perfect transition pieces. It is a sweater, but it’s lightweight enough to be the perfect spring piece and is even great for wearing on warmer days now. Closer to spring, I plan to pair it with white high rise jeans and a pair of brown wedges. It also comes in two other colors, navy and black. Oh and it’s priced at under $80! I also have to mention that it has the cutest button details going up the back.
I love it paired with leopard sneaks, for a more casual look. But like I said, I also love the idea of wearing it with brown wedges. It’s one of those pieces that could be kept casual or dressed up as the pleats are a chiffon material. Overall, I simply adore this piece!
I also want to mention how much I love the sunglasses I’m wearing here. They’re priced at $85 but the quality is amazing! My Mama and I were saying how they compare to her $400 Chloe pair as far as style and quality go. I couldn’t recommend them enough. What’s also great about this brand, which I didn’t know until I read it on the box once they arrived, is that when you purchase a pair, they give a pair of glasses to someone in need. That’s definitely a huge win, if you ask me! I also just saw this heart pair on their website and am so obsessed! I’m wearing the old/brown pair here, for reference.
Well, that’s about it for today! I hope y’all have a fantastic Wednesday. What are your favorite ways to transition into spring?
Thanks for stopping by.
Delightfully Yours,
