Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Hi friends! I’m back today with an easy dinner idea 🙂 If I hear “crock pot”, sign me up haha! I’m all for something easy that I can throw together in the morning and leave cooking all day. Today’s may not be for everyone, but we personally LOVE beef stroganoff. And it’s a hit in our family! I feel like it’s especially great for colder days. It’s pretty simple as well. Madeline is a picky eater, and she really enjoys this dish, so if you have picky little ones, I’d say give it a shot 🙂 Let’s get started!

Then enjoy! This recipe is also great with 2 lbs. of cooked ground beef. We like to eat ours with a side of asparagus (baked with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese). That’s it!
