Guest Post: Classy On Campus

 Hello Everybody! I’m KD from Southern Royalty and I am beyond thrilled to be blogging for Rachel today while she’s at the beach.  Over on my blog I love putting outfits together for every occasion.  Since many of us will be heading back to school soon I thought now would be a great time to start thinking about what to wear around campus this fall.

Class on a warm day

Cami | Shorts | Sandals

I wear chinos all the time and the 7″ J.Crew chinos are my current favorite.  They are so flattering and comfortable.  I love pairing them with just about any shirt and a pair of fun sandals.

Library

 

Striped Tee | Matchstick Denim | Flats

 Jeans are my favorite thing to wear to the library.  When I go to the library I tend to stay for 3+ hours!  Which means I want to be comfortable.  Plus the library is almost always freezing, so jeans are the perfect thing to stay comfy and cozy while studying.  I love pairing them with a three-quarter length tee or a lightweight cardigan.

Chambray Shirt | Skirt | Riding Boots

Riding boots and a skirt with tights are my all time favorite fall look.  I love wearing my Banana Republic riding boots as often as possible during the cooler months.

Internship

Oxford Popover | Button Down Skirt | Classic Ballet Flats

During the school year I work on campus at the University Athletic Association so I am always on the lookout for cute outfits to wear to the office.  I also have to walk there from my apartment, so I have to wear semi-comfortable shoes too.  I have had my eye on these red ballet flats from J.Crew for a while now and I might have to go ahead and get them.  They are great year-round flats!
