Happy Thursday! What a week this has been! I don’t know about y’all, but it has felt like everything is picking up pace and despite the 90 degree temps, summer feels like it’s nearing the end. I guess it is all of the back to school chaos. But lately, I have never felt more excited for fall. I am so ready for a break from the heat and especially the humidity!
I purchased this darling OTS dress a few weeks ago and packed it to go along with me to Dahlonega last weekend. I usually stick to more brown tones (I just feel that they look better on me), so the black background of this dress was definitely a little different from what I normally wear. But what I loved the most are the blue and yellow flowers. I also love this outfit because it’s a great example of not always having to wear black shoes with a black outfit. I feel like I always want to be matchy matchy when I wear blacks, but I loved the way these tan lace-up heels look with the dress. I’m telling y’all they are everything! I have worn them soooo many times. They are really perfect to wear all the way through the fall, being suede. They fall in the under $100 category also 😊
This little garden we shot these pictures in is located right in the Dahlonega town square. It was so cute and quaint! Right after we finished shooting, we met the cutest doggie! Madeline especially loves meeting new furry friends everywhere we go, so of course she was thrilled! Every time she sees a puppy, it’s a guarantee to get an “awwwww woof woof” out of her.
I hope y’all are having a great week!

Love this outfit! Every time I see a post of you wearing that coin necklace, I just lust after it! Do you know of any less expensive alternatives to it? I would love to add it to my wardrobe, but it's a little out of my teacher budget!

I'm love those heels! I'm not much of a heel wearer since I can't walk in them, haha, but I love how chunky heels are so doable and in style!
