Happy Tuesday, friends! I hope y’alls week is off to a great start. Yesterday I spent the entire day catching up, and this morning I woke up feeling like I had conquered the world haha. But seriously, when you get everything cleaned, organized and check what feels like 100 things off of your to-do list, it feels so good. It was so much easier to get up to my alarm this morning. Yesterday, I cleaned, picked up, organized, put together a gold book shelf, worked on some things for le blog, and more. Speaking of, I finally purchased the gold bookshelf I’ve been eyeing. I’m still working on decorating it, but would y’all like to see a post on it once I’ve competed it?!
As I mentioned in yesterdays post, this week I’ll be sharing lots of content covering the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. This look is definitely perfect for the fall (not now in 90 degree temps haha), but I just wanted to give y’all an idea of how perfect and easily these pieces can be styled. Let’s get started!
First off is this amazing twist front sweater. It would be an understatement to say I’m obsessed!!! It comes in two colors and runs TTS. Last night when I shared a preview of this look to my Instagram, my sweater was clean sold out. But today I noticed that it’s fully stocked in the coral color and is available in one size in the ivory. If you love it, run don’t walk, because it is sure to go quickly once again. And for $31? You can’t beat that. I am notorious for front-tucking my sweaters and tops, and that’s just another reason why I adore this sweater. With the twist-front detail, it gives off the look of a front-tuck without actually front-tucking haha.
Next up are my all time favorite pair of jeans. I first purchased these Rag & Bone Jeans a year or so after I had Madeline. I decided then that they are the best jeans ever. Super soft, stretchy, slenderizing, and the best quality. They wash so well also. I’ve lost weight since purchasing my first pair, so my older pair no longer fits. That’s why I was SO excited to see these pop up in the NSale this year. They are fully stocked as well. Whenever someone asks me for a designer jean recommendation, these are them.
I also have to mention my boots. These are the Sam Edelman Caprice Knee High Boots. I love them SO much. They are also included in the NSale and are probably my favorite shoe purchase. This color is selling out very quickly, but they are still available in black, which I may end up purchasing as well 🙂
