Today I’m so excited to be sharing another one of my favorite purchases from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. If you saw my top fifteen favorite purchases from the sale, you saw where this LBD landed on the list. It took me a few tries to get the sizing right, but once I figured it out, it has ended up being one of my very favorites and quite possible my all time favorite little black dress. I’ll share more about the sizing details below.
If you’ve been following me on here for some time, you know that I love a good leopard print! Whether it is a scarf, a clutch, shoes, whatever, I’ll take all of the leopard, please! 🙂 When it comes to styling a LBD, I like to make sure that there is some fun touch added to the mix. So what is my favorite way to spice up a little black dress? Just add leopard, of course! I have been enjoying this pair of leopard pumps for three years now. Each year, I try to find a pair that I love more, but these are sill my favorite! However, there is now a more updated version of mine with the cutest ankle strap! The best part is that they are included in the #NSale! They are basically the exact same as what I’m wearing with just the ankle strap added. I also adore the pop of pink that these earrings add, along with the this lip color! My earrings come in a handful of colors, and my lipstick is part of the most amazing kit (that’s part of the Anniversary Sale).
Now for some details on this LBD and why it is my favorite of all time. The silhouette of this one is classy, feminine and pure perfection! It’s a shift style dress with the most adorable ruffle detail added. Starting on the sides, the ruffle detail wraps all the way around the back and is just too cute! I don’t think I’ve ever loved a LBD as much as I do this one. It is currently on sale for $65 as part of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! In also comes in an adorable striped print, which I originally ordered. Being 5’2, I knew that I’d need the petite size after reading the measurement details. So first, I ordered the striped print in an XS petite. It came, and it was HUGE! I immediately went to order it again in a different size and saw where it also came in black. Being obsessed with the ruffle back detail, I decided to order it over again in black in an XXS petite. It fits perfectly! So, if you have been eyeing this dress, be sure to size down! The good news is that it is currently in stock in most sizes. This LBD is so classic, making it perfect for work, church, date night, pretty much everything!
